You should have received a welcome email with instructions on how to join the Discord Community as well as how to unlock other perks and benefits. To join the Discord, click here. Please check your mailbox, promotions and spam mail. If you can’t find your welcome email, contact us mm@marketmeditations.io and we will respond to you directly with a link.

If you refer to the welcome email you received upon joining, you will be able to view our step by step instructions which provides an overview of how best to use your membership. On our Discord, you can also navigate to the Server-Guide, where you will find a guide on how to make the most of Discord.

If you navigate to the Market Meditations website, you will see ‘My Account’. From here, you’ll be able to reset your password and edit your membership or payment information.

We send emails from newsletter@marketmeditations.io. Please check your spam and promotion folders to see if our emails have landed there. Next, you can add newsletter@marketmeditations.io to your contacts to ensure we always show up in your inbox. In the meantime, please check out the Inner Circle Website Page. We post all of our reports on the site in case you ever miss them or want an easier way to find them. You can also access the reports on the Inner Circle Discord.

You can email us anytime at mm@marketmeditations.io and we will get back to you as soon as possible! You can speed up the process by including your account details when you contact us (such as the email address you created your account with).

Already logged in: Navigate to the Market Meditations website, you will see ‘My Account’. From here, you’ll be able to reset your password, and edit your membership or payment information.

Not logged in: On the log in page, you have the option to click on ‘Forget your password’, and you will then receive an email, helping you to fix the problem.

As a free member, you will be emailed content and can also view it on the Market Meditations website. As a paid member, you will be emailed content, will be able to access content on the Inner Circle part of the website and can also access content via the exclusive channels on our Discord. If you are a pro member, you will also have access to our Telegram.

On the Inner Circle Page, we have a table that lists all the features available across our Memberships and what each membership gets you. If you still have questions, contact us at mm@marketmeditations.io.

We have monthly, annual and crypto billing options. To pay in crypto, however, you need to subscribe for an annual subscription.

We very occasionally offer discounts. For the most part, we keep our paid communities close-knit and exclusive. So be on the lookout!

You may cancel your Market Meditations account at any time. However, there are no full refunds for cancellation after the date of purchase. If you cancel before the end of your billing cycle you will continue to have access to your account for the rest of the billing cycle. For our yearly subscribers, we offer a service whereby if you are unhappy with your subscription in the first 7 days, you can unsubscribe and only be billed for 1 month. If you would like to request this option, please contact us at mm@marketmeditations.io. If Market Meditations suspends or terminates your account, you understand and agree that you will receive no refund or exchange for unused time on a subscription. Reasons for suspension or termination include but are not limited to a breach of the ‘Rules’ as they appear on the Discord Server.

To cancel, you must go into ‘My Account’ after logging into your account on the website. Here, you can select to cancel your subscription. You will not be charged for the next billing period.
